Questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro automatically. When it ends you move to the Free plan — nothing is charged unless you choose to upgrade.
What happens to my canvases if I don’t upgrade?
They all stay yours and stay editable. On Free you can keep up to 3 canvases; above that, you just can’t start new ones until you delete one or go Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you’re never charged again.
How does Lifetime work?
Pay $52 once and keep Pro for as long as Branchy exists. If you’re already subscribed, your subscription stops renewing at the end of its current period.
Can I get a refund?
If Pro isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Branchy never sees or stores your card details.
